Obama Health care mandate, tax not enforceable, what will you do?

Since the us supreme court ruled that the IRS can't aggressively go after people who don't pay the health care "penalty" I was just wonder if that means most self employed people wont pay the fine? Because self employed usually dont expect refunds. Or will most still pay in fear of maybe an audit or some other retribution? Curious to know what you guys are doing tha
